Selecting Show By Category


      You can choose to show bookset content that is only associated with a predetermined information category, such as Operations, Engineering, Theory, and Reference, in the Contents tab. The following procedure shows how to select a Show By category based on using the Experion PKS R100 bookset for example purposes only.

        ATTENTION
        The Show By categories are dynamically built from the available booksets, there are no standard or default categories. Therefore, an individual Show By category may not apply to all booksets.

      On Knowledge Builder power tools tabs, click the Contents tab.

      Confirms that the Contents tab is open in the topic window that includes the Show By box.

      In the Show By box, click the arrow button.

      Opens list that shows the categories that have been predefined for the bookset.

      Click Installation Content Only.

      Installation Conten Only appears in the Show By box and the bookset only includes those books that were previously assigned to the Installation category.

      Repeat this procedure to select other categories, as desired.
